Paid projects

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. Contact us by email to discuss project payments or cancellations. Every project is quoted in writing before work starts, with the scope and price. That makes it clear what you are paying for and how we will both judge whether it was delivered.

• Payment. A 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance is due on delivery. Larger projects may instead be paid in stages, as set out in the quote. Nethric is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• Before work starts. If you cancel after paying the deposit but before work begins, we refund the deposit in full.
• During a project. Either of us can stop a project by written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point, plus any third-party costs already committed for you. We refund any prepaid amount above that.
• If something isn’t right. If a deliverable doesn’t do what we agreed, tell us. We will fix it first. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the part of the fee that relates to it.
• Change of mind after work has been delivered is not a reason for a refund.

How to ask

Email team@nethric.ai with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem. We reply within two business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you can cancel and get a refund, or receive compensation for the drop in value. For other failures, we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
