    How Squadron works

    1. Plan. The lead turns your features into orders, each with a goal, inputs and a done-when check.
    2. Parallel. Builders take one order each and work at the same time, each in its own git worktree and branch.
    3. Tests decide. A task is done when its check passes, not when a builder says so. The lead re-runs every check itself.
    4. Escalate. A task that keeps failing comes back to the lead, who reads the failure and sends a fix.
