Live dashboard

Problem: Dozens of jobs on one machine, and no way to see at a glance what's working, waiting or broken.
What I built: A live 3D map: every job is a worker, every project a village, and a raised banner means it needs you.
Result: In daily use. Refreshes every 2 seconds, 46 custom 3D models, 117 automated tests.

Clickable demo

Problem: Big builds split between several workers go wrong in the hand-offs, and "done" just means someone said so.
What I built: A workflow where one lead writes the orders, a team builds in parallel and tests decide what's done. Now a demo you can play with.
Result: The demo passes 147 of 147 real-browser checks on phone and desktop, in about 250 KB.

Phone app

Problem: Checking on long jobs or grabbing a file meant walking back to the desk.
What I built: A private phone console: a needs-you inbox, a full-screen terminal, file transfers and push alerts.
Result: In daily use. A speed pass halved the first load (501 KB to 247 KB) and cut upload memory from 1.7 GB to 171 MB.

Video

Problem: Two songs that needed full music videos, with the same singer throughout and lips that match every word.
What I built: Both videos end to end: storyboard, footage, lip sync, lyric typography and an edit timed to the beat.
Result: Two finished videos of 3:16 and 3:17, plus vertical reels and covers for social.
